Location: Trafford Park, Manchester (3 days per week on-site)

Salary: Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £22,000)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Leader to join a fast-growing, award-winning technology company based in Manchester.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach a small team of SDRs, drive outbound activity, and personally deliver high-quality engagements with key target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of SDRs to hit activity and meeting targets.
• Personally execute outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
• Track and report on team performance, sharing learnings and optimising strategies.
