Sales Director - Digital Infrastructure & Security
This is a unique opportunity to take on a Sales Director role within a global technology organisation that’s redefining how multinational enterprises approach connectivity, security, and digital transformation. You’ll lead a team of 18 experienced sales professionals across the UK, shaping strategy, driving new business, and building momentum across key verticals including Manufacturing, Pharma, Financial Services, and Insurance .

You’ll inspire and lead your team to expand market share, deepen enterprise relationships, and open doors across major global clients. Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 18 UK-based sales professionals focused on enterprise and multinational accounts.
• Own and execute the UK sales strategy for digital infrastructure and security services.
• Drive net new business growth — identifying, targeting, and winning new logo accounts.
• Oversee customer relationships across key verticals including Manufacturing, Pharma, Financial Services, and Insurance .
• Collaborate with global partners and internal divisions such as the Cyber Defence and OT Technology teams.
• Shape go-to-market strategies across key areas: Customer Experience (Contact Centres) and Digital Infrastructure (Security, Connectivity & Cloud) .
• Support major bids, renewals, and commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable, long-term customer relationships.
• Represent the UK business in global strategy discussions, influencing direction and execution.
Skills / Must Have:
• Strong background in telecoms or systems integration — ideally from major providers such as Verizon, BT, Atos, Capgemini, or TCS .
• Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams with a focus on net new business .
• Deep understanding of connectivity, cloud, and network security solutions (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler).
• Strong network across multinational enterprises, particularly within Manufacturing, Pharma, or Financial Services .
• Ability to inspire and lead a team through change, creating a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to business development and deal leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable engaging at C-level both internally and externally.

Salary:
£170,000 basic + £90,000 variable (OTE £260,000)

Hybrid working – 2 days a week in Slough office, with regular customer meetings in London
