We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong Service Cloud expertise and hands-on experience configuring Agentforce chatbot solutions. This role focuses on delivering seamless, AI-enabled customer support across web and mobile digital channels, driving conversational automation, and ensuring reliable Salesforce platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud and digital engagement channels (Web & Mobile App).
- Lead the setup, configuration, and optimisation of Agentforce chatbot, including omniflow logic, decisioning, and agent behaviour.
- Support Business Analyst teams in deploying chatbot journeys across website and mobile app environments.
- Ensure seamless integration between the chatbot, FAQ/AEM content, and customer service workflows.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and iterative optimisation based on performance and usage insights.
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to support critical-path delivery and platform stability.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud, case management, digital engagement, and automation.
- Proficiency in Flows, workflows, validation rules, queues, routing, and knowledge management.
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Agentforce chatbot solutions.
- Understanding of omniflow orchestration, decision logic, and conversational journey design.
