Senior Business Development Manager – Cyber & AI Risk
🚀 Senior Business Development Manager – Cyber & AI Risk
📍 London (Hybrid) | 💰 £65k base + £60k OTE (Uncapped)
This is not a transactional sales role. It’s a strategic position focused on winning and shaping large-scale Cyber and AI risk engagements at enterprise level.
You’ll operate at the sharp end of the market, building multi-year client relationships, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and directly impacting how organisations approach emerging AI and cyber risk challenges.
What’s in it for you?
• Lead high-value, transformative deals across Cyber and AI services
• Influence enterprise strategy alongside senior leadership
• Join a fast-growing, PE-backed consultancy with clear progression
What you’ll be doing
You’ll build and execute a targeted sector strategy focused on upper mid-market and enterprise clients. Working closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams, you’ll shape go-to-market approaches across GRC and AI services.
You’ll own complex, cross-portfolio opportunities, developing multi-year engagements across vCISO, AI governance and testing, and Red Teaming. Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate forecasting, support contracting processes, and feed market intelligence back into the business.
This is a role for someone who can generate demand, not just respond to it.
What you need to bring
• Strong consultative sales background in tech or cyber security
• Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
• Experience closing complex, enterprise-level deals
• Understanding of the AI regulatory landscape and emerging risk themes
• Track record of land and expand growth strategies
• Solid grasp of structured sales methodologies and forecasting discipline
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK up to 50%
Why this role stands out
You’re stepping into a market that’s evolving faster than most organisations can keep up with. The opportunity here is to position yourself at the centre of that shift, commercially and strategically.
If you’re already operating at enterprise level and want more ownership, more influence, and more upside, this is worth a conversation.
