We're recruiting for 2x Senior Data Product Managers to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data products that enhance customer understanding, support personalisation, improve marketing effectiveness, and enable data-driven decision-making for a leading retail organisation. Working within a modern data platform powered by Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow, you'll partner with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality data products that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer and analytics data products
- Drive development of data products built on Snowflake (data warehouse), dbt (transformation and modelling), and Airflow (workflow orchestration)
- Gather business requirements, customer insights, and market trends to prioritise product features and capabilities
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketing teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
- Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimise data quality, usability, scalability, and adoption
- Support AI/ML, customer segmentation, personalisation, and Customer 360 initiatives by enabling trusted and governed data assets
What You Will Ideally Bring
- Solid, hands-on understanding of modern data platforms - particularly Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow - including data modelling, transformation pipelines, workflow orchestration, governance, and performance optimisation
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Bash for engaging credibly with engineering teams on data product implementation
- Familiarity with cloud data architectures across Azure and AWS, including Azure Data Lake and Delta Lake
- Understanding of the broader data/infra toolchain: Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Azure Monitor
- Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, customer data platforms, and data warehousing concepts, with the ability to translate technical trade-offs into product decisions
- Understanding of monitoring, model performance tracking, and observability best practices
- Proven experience in Product Management, Agile delivery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and outcome-driven execution

- Rate: £500 day - Inside IR35
- Location: London- 2 days per week
