Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - 8-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Central London), 2 days per week office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle HCM transformation programme. In this role, you'll act as Functional Lead and Solution Owner across a multi-phase implementation covering Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, and Compensation, working as a trusted advisor to business, HR, and programme leadership throughout design, delivery, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall Oracle Fusion HCM functional solution across the programme, acting as primary functional authority for all HCM business processes and product capabilities
• Lead functional discovery workshops, business process reviews, and future-state operating model discussions, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
• Configure and optimise Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, security design, and system architecture, supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new Oracle Fusion HCM features and quarterly updates, mentoring functional consultants across multiple HCM modules

What You Will Ideally Bring

• 10+ years of HCM transformation and enterprise HR systems experience, including 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
• Proven experience as Functional Lead on large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programmes, delivering multiple end-to-end implementations
• Deep hands-on experience across a broad Oracle HCM footprint, including Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and enterprise-wide HCM solution design
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, cutover, and production deployment activities, with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
