Senior Penetration Tester

The Role

You'll own a variety of testing engagements—from penetration testing to red-team style assignments—while acting as a trusted adviser to major medium and enterprise-scale organisations, including multi-billion-dollar global brands and a Fortune 100 tech leader who has partnered with us for decades. What You'll Do

• Engage directly with clients to shape and deliver high-quality testing services

• Accurately scope engagements and support proposal development

• Produce clear, actionable test reports that clients genuinely understand

• Provide expert post-test guidance and support

What You Bring

• 3+ years of penetration testing experience

• CREST CCT (Web App preferred) or similar certifications (advantageous)

• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-first mindset

• A proactive approach and deep understanding of industry-leading practices

• Community involvement—research, CVEs, blogs, CTFs, conference talks, etc.
