Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a high-profile client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and governing the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice implementations across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Support integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Review solution designs and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture principles.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Expertise in integrations, workflows, Scripting, and platform governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Desirable

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience within large enterprise or regulated environments.
