We are seeking an experienced Support Executive with a strong background in observability, reliability engineering, and DevOps practices to join a leading technology-driven organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless customer experiences and service reliability across complex digital platforms through the implementation of unified monitoring, automation, and AI-driven analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement unified observability frameworks and dashboards across multiple digital products.
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, alerts, and reliability metrics.
- Coordinate release schedules and manage cross-team dependencies to optimise delivery.
- Map and monitor end-to-end customer journeys to identify risks and performance gaps.
- Support automated testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
- Conduct post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and improve service resilience.
- Integrate AI-driven monitoring solutions to predict and prevent incidents.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to enhance system reliability.
What You Will Ideally Bring:
- Proven DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with observability platforms such as Datadog and Splunk.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automation tooling.
- Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, incident response, and performance engineering.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerised environments (desirable).
- Exposure to Agile or DevSecOps environments and reliability governance frameworks.
- Background in high-availability digital systems such as airline or E-commerce platforms (advantageous).
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
- Day Rate: £375 per day (Inside IR35)
- Location: 4 days on site in Heathrow (Non Negotiable)
- Start Date: ASAP
