Windows System Engineer (High Frequency Trading)
Our client a global leader in the High Frequency Trading world are looking for a skilled Windows Engineer to evolve there mission-critical environment. This role involves designing, building, and sustaining reliable and scalable systems that empower teams to deploy quickly, automate processes, and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and Citrix
- Perform day-to-day administration of physical servers and configuration management
- Develop automation scripts using Python, or similar to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years experience designing & supporting Windows-based and mixed OS infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Python Scripting
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
- Experience with coding version control systems (Git)
