Job Title: Wireless IP Engineer

Location: Chepstow + Field Based Travel

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

We’re partnering with a leading UK systems integrator in the wireless and TETRA communications space to hire a Wireless IP Engineer in their Chepstow site. This is a hands-on installation and commissioning role working across nationwide wireless and IP-based projects, from IoT safety networks to major government deployments.

What we are looking for:

• Aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies (DMR, PMR, TETRA).
• Basic understanding of wireless and IP networking (IP allocation/addressing).
• Hands-on practical ability with hardware, installations, and cabling.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn software commissioning.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) – vehicle provided for senior hires.
