To £45K Basic - £90K Realistic OTE (Uncapped Commission) + Car Allowance (£6K) or Company Car + Comprehensive Benefits Package!
Our client is a leading UK technology business with a dedicated Telecoms/Unified Comms team that specialises in advanced Telephony, VoIP, Video, and Messaging integration. They have a strong presence across SME and Mid-Market clients and are looking to attract an experienced telecoms sales professional to drive revenue across their existing client base in Hampshire, whilst also being focused on new logo acquisition in the region.
The Role
· Maximise Opportunities: Drive revenue by developing an existing client base and winning new logo accounts
· Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and deliver bespoke Telecoms solutions that add value.
· Full Sales Cycle Ownership: From prospecting to closing, ensure seamless client onboarding and handovers.
· Expand Your Network: Represent the company at industry events, building lasting connections and partnerships.
About You
· Proven Expertise: A strong track record of selling Telecoms solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients.
· Consultative Approach: Skilled at tailoring solutions to client needs for measurable impact.
· Exceptional Communication: Confident in presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
· Commercial Acumen: Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a focus on results.
