Business Development Representative

Remote (Scotland) | 💰 Up to £30K + Uncapped Commission + Incentives

High-growth tech business hiring a BDR to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and appointments for a field sales team.

This is a high-activity role—ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, speaking with decision-makers, and creating real opportunities. You’ll also represent the business at networking events (e.g. Chambers of Commerce) to generate leads.

What you’ll do:

 

• High-volume outbound calling
• Generate and qualify leads
• Book quality appointments for BDMs
• Attend networking events across Scotland
  

What we’re looking for:

 

• BDR / SDR / outbound sales experience
• Strong lead generation & appointment setting track record
• Confident communicator (phone + face-to-face)
• Self-motivated in a remote role
