We have been exclusively instructed by a fast-scaling, AI-enabled proptech business to hire a Senior Legal Counsel. This is a very exciting time for this highly acquisitive, tier-1 VC backed business.

This is a high-impact senior legal hire, working directly with the General Counsel across M&A, fundraising, commercial contracts, compliance, employment, and strategic growth matters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE, currently in-house with a background at a leading law firm.

Exposure to tech/start-up environments, data protection, or AI regulation would be advantageous.
