Digital Transformation Support Officer - TDU
Job summary
The Transformation Delivery Unit (TDU) supports the Trust's vision through the delivery of key strategic and transformation objectives. The TDU will be established as a unit to provide transformation support across all parts of the Trust clinical and corporate areas to drive the delivery of priority programmes of work.
Working with Clinical Digital Transformation Leads, Project Managers, Programme Managers and wider TDU colleagues, the postholder will play a vital role in supporting digital change across the Trust. This includes providing frontline user support, assisting with go lives, contributing to project delivery, preparing documentation and training materials, and helping staff adapt to new or improved digital systems.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide frontline support to clinical and operational staff in the use of digital systems, helping resolve routine queries, promoting good data quality and supporting safe system use. They will assist with the delivery of digital transformation projects by taking part in go lives and floorwalking activities, capturing user feedback and escalating issues as appropriate.
The role includes preparing and maintaining project and training documentation such as quick reference guides, FAQs and logs, supporting the organisation and delivery of training sessions, and helping map current processes and future workflows under the guidance of project leads. The postholder will also support communication of system changes and updates, work closely with colleagues across the Transformation Delivery Unit, and ensure information governance, clinical safety and confidentiality requirements are followed at all times.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or IT or equivalent experience
- GCSEs (Grades A--C or 4+) in English and Maths
