Data Management Team Administrator
Job summary
Youll be joining a well-established, supportive, and multidisciplinary team made up of 16 experienced and approachable GPs, highly skilled nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, care coordinators, and an efficient administrative support team. We also host specialist clinics including respiratory, diabetes, and culturally-sensitive Bangladeshi health services with interpreter support.

Main duties of the job
Accurately process all patient data received by the Practice, ensuring tasks are completed to agreed quality standards and within specified timeframes. Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Practice data systems and remain current with updates and procedural changes. Follow the Practices Workflow protocols rigorously, ensuring consistency and compliance. Ensure data is handled in line with confidentiality requirements and the Practices data protection policies. Monitor and uphold data quality standards; proactively recommend improvements to data management processes. Investigate and resolve internal queries related to patient records in a prompt and professional manner. Support colleagues during times of peak demand or staff absence, contributing to a collaborative team environment. Manage queries related to medical coding and ensure correct data entry in clinical records. To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the partners and medical staff when required e.g. photocopying, postal dutie. Assist in inputting, extracting, and analysing data to support reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to data collection for clinical and operational audits. To have excellent IT skills, to include Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel. To plan / organise work using own initiative, whilst being able to work as a valuable member of a team, Support the management of digital channels including the Practice website and social media platforms
