Sales Executive

I'm working exclusively with one of the UK's most exciting Microsoft partners - a business that has built an outstanding reputation in the cloud and licensing space and is on a serious growth trajectory across the UK and European markets.
They're looking for a driven Technology Sales Executive to join their London team and own new business from first contact through to close.
This isn't a lead-passing role. You'll be running your own desk, identifying prospects, building relationships, and bringing in net new clients across mid-market and enterprise. If you thrive in an environment where your earnings are directly tied to your output, this one is worth a look.
What you'll be doing:
→ Generating and managing your own pipeline through outbound, inbound, and warm referrals
→ Running full sales cycles: discovery, solution mapping, commercial negotiation, and close
→ Having consultative conversations with both technical and business decision-makers
→ Positioning cloud and software solutions tailored to each client's needs
→ Keeping sharp CRM discipline and maintaining accurate forecasting
Who they're looking for:
✔ 1–3+ years in B2B technology, IT services, or software sales
✔ Comfortable owning outbound activity and working independently
✔ Strong communicator who can hold their own at C-suite level
✔ Curious, commercially minded, and hungry to develop quickly
✔ Any exposure to Microsoft solutions or cloud licensing is a bonus — full training is on offer for the right person
