Business Transformation Manager - 12 month FTC

A leading global organisation is investing heavily in a major business transformation programme and is looking for a Business Transformation Manager to help deliver one of its most strategic initiatives.

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, bringing structure to ambiguity and working across business and technology teams to deliver meaningful change.

Key responsibilities:* Lead delivery of a strategic transformation initiative from planning through implementation* Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and key milestones* Work closely with business and technology teams to define requirements and deliver solutions* Analyse processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities* Support governance, executive reporting and stakeholder engagement* Help embed best practices across the wider transformation portfolio

We're looking for:* Experience delivering complex transformation, process improvement or technology-enabled change* Background in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, programme delivery or operational improvement* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders* Excellent analytical skills and experience creating executive-level presentations/business cases* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
