Data and Analytics Analyst, Ads GTM Operations
We're partnering with a global entertainment and media business to hire a Data & Analytics Analyst to join their Ads team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment where data plays a key role in driving decision-making and performance.
As the Ads function continues to scale, you'll sit within the Commercial Planning & Insights team, supporting reporting, analysis, and data operations across EMEA.
This role is based in London with 3 days a week in the office. It's an immediate start, so we're looking for someone who is either available straight away or on a short notice period. You need to have full UK working rights.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a go-to for data and reporting needs, ensuring datasets are clean, accurate, and ready for use
- Handling data manipulation, validation, and quality checks across multiple sources
- Supporting finance and sales teams with client and agency reporting (billing, rebates, accruals)
- Helping manage and maintain customer data across EMEA
- Supporting the build and upkeep of regional dashboards, including updates and reconciliations across systems
- Helping ensure reporting is consistent, reliable, and easy to translate into actionable insight
What we're looking for:
- Around 2-3 years' experience in Data Analyst / BI / Sales Ops roles
- Strong skills in data manipulation and reporting with a detail-first mindset
- Confident using tools like Google Sheets, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and ideally SQL
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to work
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Exposure to AI tools to support reporting, automation, or insights generation is advantageous
