IT Support Analyst - TV Production
A leading TV production company are seeking an IT Support Analyst for an initial 6 months. As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll provide hands-on technical assistance across a dynamic, creative environment. From troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices to supporting Microsoft 365 and managing user accounts, you'll play a key role in keeping our teams connected and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support via ticketing system and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple devices
- Deploy and maintain laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvement
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience doing a similar role and be familiar with ITSM tools and user account administration
