Localisation Producer / PM

We're working with a global, design-led technology company seeking an experienced Producer / Project Manager to support the localisation of a range of short-form and long-form editorial content.

We are looking for a strong and resourceful project manager with a background in localisation to help deliver high-quality transcreated content across multiple markets. An editorial background would be highly beneficial, along with a tech-savvy mindset and experience working with digital tools and content management systems.

This role is London-based, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider fully remote applicants, and sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.

In this role you will:

  • Manage multiple transcreation projects simultaneously, including reviewing source files, handling vendor queries, tracking deadlines, and importing deliverables into content management systems; * Manage relationships with a wide variety of global internal and external stakeholders; * Own quality by ensuring best practices and established processes are followed; * Foster close and productive relationships with worldwide editorial teams; * Liaise with vendors on a daily basis to ensure copy deliverables consistently meet high quality standards; * Anticipate and prevent editorial and production issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail; * Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, prioritise urgent issues, and remain calm under pressure; * Capacity to learn and manage data within complex content management systems; * Familiarity with digital media products and services; * Excellent written and verbal business communication skills; * Proactive mindset with strong ability to anticipate risks and roadblocks before they escalate; * Demonstrated ability to maintain clear project visibility, deliver structured progress updates, and keep stakeholders consistently informed.
