Marketing Campaign Coordinator - Retail Engagement

Handle Recruitment is seeking a Campaign Coordinator with retail industry experience to join a global tech brand!

*This is a 12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in London, date rate equivalent to £85k salary*

In this role you will drive the execution of Retail Marketing Campaigns in support of brand growth in key EMEIA markets, responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the Regional Marketing Manager to support the development of our Country Marketing strategy and plan.
• Responsibility for Marketing campaigns development and execution, partnering with global and local cross-functional teams from Retail and wider business such as Commercial, Merchandising, PR, Marcom, Services, Internal Communications, Store Operations and more.
• Delivering functional briefs to teams across thus business who bring your deliverables to life ranging from creative, interactive, paid media, search and events.
• Leading the delivery of the work in strong partnership with Marcom, with a key focus on stakeholder engagement, maintaining accuracy to the brief, deliverable & asset tracking and creating a clear campaign phasing plan.
• Working directly with external partners to ensure smooth production and execution of the core campaign assets.
• Ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standard of excellence.
• Delivering and sharing project summaries and campaign analysis with partners and identify learns for future improvement and performance.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Specific experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns to build the best end-to-end customer journey across in-store, online and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to coordinate cross functional teams on multiple tasks and assignments of varying complexities, enabling them to meet tight deadlines and collaborate well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a global organisation, on multi-market/language projects.
