Tech Recruiter - 12m FTC
A global tech brand are bringing a Tech Recruiter to their team to hire best-in-class talent across EMEA, with a focus on Software Engineering roles.
What you'll do:
- Own the full hiring lifecycle, from taking brief and building an inclusive assessment plan to finding and engaging talent and closing the offer, including competitive compensation packages
- Act as a true business partner, challenging, influencing and adding value at every stage of the process
- Build talent attraction strategies for highly specialised roles
- Interview candidates, share insights and use data to steer your projects
You'll need:
- Proven in-house recruiting experience, ideally with agency experience too
- Technology sector hiring experience (a must)
- Software Engineering hiring experience, broad or specialist
- The confidence to challenge and influence hiring managers
The role is based in London, 3 days a week on site and paid as a contractor at £345 per day.
