Temporary Tech TA Partner - ASAP Start

A leading creative agency are looking for a Tech TA Partner to join them on a 3-month temporary contract, starting immediately.

This is a busy period for the team, so you'll play a key role in hiring across a range of roles - from engineers, developers and tech project managers to data analysts and engineers. Expect to manage around 12 live roles at any one time, using your headhunting and sourcing skills to find great talent in a fast-moving, creative environment.

• Help drive delivery-focused recruitment across a range of tech and data roles.
• Manage around 12 live roles at any one time, using headhunting and sourcing skills to find great talent.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and work at pace to fill roles in a busy, creative environment.

• Delivery-focused recruiter with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in an in-house tech recruitment role or a recruitment agency covering similar positions.
• Willingness to support on wider agency roles and broaden recruitment experience.

• The team work three days a week in their central London based offices.
• This role will be paid by day rate, open to discussion depending on experience but ideally around £45k equivalent.
• Contract: 3 months, starting immediately.
