Change Lead
We are partnering with a leading organisation within the FMCG sector in their search for an Interim Change Lead to support the S/4HANA implementation across the UK. This individual will play a critical role in driving user readiness, adoption, and sustainable change across the programme. This role will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management and user readiness activities for the UK S/4HANA deployment.
- Work closely with Finance, Financial Shared Services, Supply Chain, and operational sites to ensure readiness and adoption.
- Drive end-to-end change activity, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support integrated testing and quality assurance activities aligned with the programme's delivery plan.
- Champion cultural change - helping to improve established ways of working and embed new behaviours.
- Build trust and credibility with factory teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide hands-on, practical support across impacted sites (this is not a remote or purely strategic role).
Key requirements:
- Strong experience delivering S/4HANA or large-scale ERP change programmes (essential).
- Background in Finance, Financial Shared Services, or cross-functional finance/supply chain transformation.
- Deep expertise in change management with a track record of driving sustainable behavioural adoption.
- Hands-on, pragmatic delivery style - comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working with frontline teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the UK.
- FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced operational environments are highly beneficial.
