Head of People Operations

We're currently supporting a global high growth tech organisation, seeking an experienced Head of People Operations to join their leadership team.

This is a senior, strategic, and hands on role with end-to-end responsibility for HR operations across multiple international locations. The position is focused on building operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and creating scalable HR processes that support the company’s rapid global growth.

The ideal candidate will combine global HR governance with practical expertise in process optimisation, automation, AI enabled solutions and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing a high performing HR operations function, driving efficiency across the business, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support organisational change and business objectives.
