Interim Executive Recruiter

We are partnering with a leading FinTech organisation in their search for an Interim Executive Recruiter to support their search within the Corporate Function. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on direct sourcing and executive search within a fast-paced environment. This role will be carried out on a 6 month contract on a hybrid working basis with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search and senior hiring processes
• Directly source and engage senior-level talent
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HR and business leadership
• Deliver high-quality shortlists within tight timelines
• Support hiring across technology and corporate functions
• Provide market insights and hiring strategy recommendations

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment
• Background recruiting within Technology or Financial Services sectors
• Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in a delivery-focused interim role
