Project Manager (HRIS & Payroll)
We are partnering with a leading FinTech organisation to appoint an Interim Project Manager to drive their global HRIS and payroll implementation. This is a part-time role, three days per week, on an interim basis offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a strategic, high-impact programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and onboarding of Humaans (HRIS) and iiPay (payroll).
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand workflows and data requirements.
- Configure, test, and validate system setups and integrations.
- Support stakeholders in using the systems and managing routine updates.
- Identify and resolve data or integration issues, ensuring smooth operation.
- Provide feedback to improve system usability and efficiency.
