Account Executive
Junior Account / Customer Success Executive | London (Hybrid) | Up to £40,000
We're partnered with a leading technology provider to the London insurance market, who are looking for a Junior Account / Customer Success Executive to join their growing Customer Success team. This is a brilliant opportunity to get close to some of the most recognisable names in Lloyd's and the London Market and to make a genuine impact from day one.
What you'll be doing
You'll work directly alongside the Global Head of Customer Success, becoming a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients. That means running monthly check-ins, tracking how clients are using the platform post go-live, feeding their needs back into our product roadmap, and helping coordinate user groups and workshops. You'll be the bridge between their customers and internal teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What they're looking for
- Some experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role (internships count)
- Comfortable with CRM tools — they use HubSpot
- Sharp communicator, both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple clients at once
- A genuine interest in insurance or financial services
