Sales Head Europe
Location : Remote
Relevant Experience:
- We are seeking a Sales Head for Europe region to drive sales of software solutions , consulting and IT services within our Infrastructure, digital & security division.
- 18 years + in Infra, security ,Digital technologies, Apps software Service Sales and at least 5 years as a Sales Head in Europe.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
- Sales Leadership: Manage sales teams
- Performance Monitoring: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and quotas, providing regular feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer & Partner Management: Build high-level relationships with key accounts, clients, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analysis & Forecasting: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to optimize pricing strategies and forecast revenue accurately. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and inspire the sales team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales techniques and markets.
- Ability to develop sales strategies that are aligned with business goals.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of analysis and problem solving.
Ideal Profile :
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in New Business Development from lead generation to closing deals and have a robust network within the industry.
- The role is expected to lead from the front & contribute to increasing the sales, new logos for Infrastructure & digital business for Europe
- Should have 15 to 20 years of solid sales experience of which at least 10 years should be in UK and Europe.
- 12+ years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, Infra & product engineering.
- Track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and acquiring new logos.
- Ability to influence and position services offerings in alignment with market requirements.
- Experience with entire sales cycle including building and executing GTM strategies.
- Mentoring BDMs and taking them to the next level.
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
- Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Managing sales teams, identifying new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and forecasting sales revenues.
