Job Description:
- Head IMSS Sales for the entire Europe region, owning overall revenue, growth strategy, and customer relationships
- Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team, mapping and interacting with CISOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Heads, Security Heads, etc.
- Responsible for selling security & infrastructure services solutions across Cloud, Managed Services, Cloud Migration, Cyber Security, Automation, IoT Security, Edge Computing, etc.
- Should have a very good understanding of the UK & European region and bring a strong prior network and black book
- Must have managed and grown a sales portfolio of more than USD 20 million
- Critical thinker with the ability to work independently, perform under pressure with high energy levels, and communicate articulately
- Ability to challenge the status quo, assess situations, and make well-informed recommendations
- Makes pragmatic plans and consistently overachieves against them
- Ability to understand, articulate, and effectively position the value proposition of solutions and services
- Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues
- Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, emerging technologies, and evolving business models
- Energetic, enthusiastic, resilient, positive, with a “can-do” attitude against all odds — understanding that Happiest Minds is a David taking on the Goliaths
