Our success is driven by a strong customer focus and a culture rooted in creativity, innovation, and collaboration. As we continue to grow across Europe, we are investing in our digital infrastructure to unlock scalable growth across online channels and marketplaces.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role within the European IT team, focused on driving the digital transformation of our marketplace and eCommerce capabilities. Reporting to the Global IT leadership team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to lead the design and execution of a scalable digital commerce strategy across Europe.

You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning technology with business goals, managing integrations across major platforms, and enabling new market and brand launches. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded IT leader to shape the digital future of a multi-brand fashion and lifestyle business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Integration: Lead integration design and automation initiatives across existing and emerging marketplaces (e.g. Rithum, Channel Engine, Amazon), improving operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement a robust digital marketplace architecture, collaborating closely with sales and commercial leads to support expansion across brands and territories.

  • eCommerce Enablement: Act as delivery lead for all European eCommerce technology projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between regional and global IT teams.

  • Platform Management: Improve and expand the use of our B2B commerce platform (NuOrder) and support the selection and rollout of catalog management/PIM tools.

  • Innovation & Tools: Identify and implement tools to enhance digital asset sharing, product information delivery, and sales enablement (e.g. line sheets, digital catalogs).

  • Growth Enablement: Support the launch of new brands or acquisitions within Europe, ensuring digital and IT infrastructure readiness.

  • Operational Support: Work closely with operations and supply chain teams on systems that support omnichannel fulfillment and logistics optimization.

  • Sustainability Support: Contribute to ESG and sustainability initiatives through digital tools and data integration.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Strong experience delivering digital marketplace integration for large-scale, multi-brand fashion, retail, or consumer goods companies.

  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, NuOrder, and leading marketplace integrators (Rithum, Channel Engine, Amazon).

  • Solid grasp of PIM/catalog management systems and omnichannel fulfillment operations.

  • Proven IT project management and delivery expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Technically confident, with the ability to translate complex systems into practical business outcomes.

  • Commercially astute, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Experience supporting international business operations, ideally across multiple European markets.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.

If you're ready to lead digital transformation across marketplaces and eCommerce for a growing lifestyle brand collective, we’d love to hear from you.
