What's the position?

As Director - Casino PMO you'll sit alongside Business, Product, and Engineering leadership, shaping strategy and personally owning the execution of the most critical, complex initiatives. You'll be the maestro of delivery in our Casino division orchestrating dependencies, clearing blockers, driving timelines, and delivering outcomes that hit the high notes.

Lead from the Front
  • Personally drive the most complex and business-critical projects in the Casino roadmap.
  • Get deep into the details: RAID management, iteration planning, stakeholder comms, risk mitigation.
  • Unblock teams, keep the rhythm tight, and ensure every milestone lands perfectly.
  • You're not managing from the sidelines - you're on the field, calling the plays.
Own the Execution
  • Partner with Business, Product, and Engineering leaders to translate strategy into an executable delivery plan for key, high visibility projects.
  • Manage dependencies, risk, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Bring visibility to roadmap progress, capacity, and predictability - no surprises, no noise.
  • Be fully accountable for delivering the roadmap on time and in tune.
Build Delivery Excellence
  • Define and embed best-in-class delivery frameworks and processes.
  • Roll out and own delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, dashboards, resource tracking).
  • Make delivery data sing. KPIs, velocity, predictability, throughput, and performance metrics all at your fingertips.
  • Bring consistency, clarity, and quality across every team.
Lead People & Partnerships
  • Build and mentor a small, expert team of Project and Programme Managers.
  • Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Partner with the PMO to shape delivery standards across Hard Rock Digital.
  • Drive results with third-party partners, integrations, and vendors - ensuring seamless delivery.
Shape the Future
  • Play a key role in M&A activity, new feature launches, and never-before-seen experiences in online casino gaming.
  • Deliver projects that redefine what players expect - in speed, innovation, and experience.
  • Be part of a leadership team that's building the next chapter of Hard Rock's legendary story.
What are we looking for?
  • 10+ years of project or programme management experience in fast-paced digital or gaming environments, ideally with casino/online gaming exposure.
  • Proven track record: you've led complex, multi-stream projects, taken ownership end-to-end, not just oversight.
  • You combine strategic vision with execution mastery: comfortable at the portfolio level, but just as comfortable in the execution weeds.
  • Deep technical fluency: you understand software delivery, agile/hybrid frameworks, resource planning, risk & dependency management.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer: you bring people together, drive alignment, command attention at the exec level and stay grounded in execution reality.
  • Tools and metrics savvy: you've designed or run delivery reporting, dashboards, tooling for transparency, velocity, throughput.
  • Leadership presence plus "get-in-and-get-it-done" mindset. You don't just plan, you deliver and hold your team to delivery excellence.
  • Experience building or scaling a project management team is a major plus.
