About the role Hargreaves Lansdown is undergoing a technology transformation. As part of this journey, we are looking for an associate level engineer with some experience in supporting AV and End User systems; someone who enjoys working with a variety of technologies and wishes to further their career by helping us achieve HL's mission. What you'll be doing Co-leading on the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to audio-visual system & services.
Setup and supporting key high-profile meetings for the senior management.
Working with stakeholders to understand their audio-visual needs and delivering changes according to the business needs.
Providing support to end-users on the use of audio-visual equipment and software.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and end-user guides
Ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
Researching and staying up to date with the latest audio-visual technologies, trends, and best practices.
AV will be the priority part of the role to End User Support.
Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to all end user hardware and software, including Windows and Mac.
Lead and champion the asset management life cycle.
Adhering to the joiner, mover and leaver process, ensure colleagues have the required end user devices prior to their start date. About you Experience in an AV support role (1st & 2nd line)
Strong knowledge of AV solutions & systems (MS Teams environment preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
Able to resolve issues or come up with a workaround while under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changing requirements and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, customer focused and a positive attitude.
Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work.
Contribute/lead on AV projects. Desirable Technologies: Microsoft 365

Apple OSX + iOS
Experience of using IT Ticket systems (Service Now preferred)
Remote configuration & support tools
Basic networking skills Interview process One stage interview in our Bristol office. Working Schedule We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, onsite in the Bristol office. Occasional out of hours work for upgrades, incidents and fixes is expected. Why us?
