Senior Digital Platforms Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team and help shape the future of our cloud platform. You'll apply strong platform engineering principles to create automated, reusable, and self-service solutions that improve developer experience and enable teams to deliver faster and more consistently. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll bring deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to: Drive high-quality platform design and engineering standards Enable automation, reliability, and cost optimisation at scale Embed best practices that simplify and standardise how we build and run services In addition, this role will play a key part in mentoring and supporting engineers, influencing technical direction, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions aligned with HL goals. About you Extensive experience with public cloud services and cloud-native architectures, including networking, security, and governance. Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for complex automation workflows. Landscaped rooftop gardens - perfect for a breath of fresh air or informal catch-ups.
