Role : Compliance and Internal Control ManagerLocation : HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working; three days in the office and two days working from home)Working hours : 38 hours per weekSalary : Competitive plus up to a 7% annual bonusPosition type : PermanentWe are on the hunt for a Compliance and Internal Control Manager to come and join our happy world of HARIBO! If so, you could be the key business partner were looking for!This crucial role is responsible for supporting the management of compliance and internal control for HARIBO UK and Ireland including; information security, legal coordination, GDPR and Supply Chain coordination.You will report directly into our Head of Finance whilst also working in partnership with a whole host of internal HARIBO UK and Ireland departments as well as parties such as External Law Firms, the Global Legal and Compliance and Internal Audit Teams.How youll contribute to the mix:Supporting with the development of systems, processes and reporting to drive forwards continuous improvement and strengthen internal controlsEnsuring compliance rules and procedures are established to ensure appropriate authorisation for decisions and expenditureEnsuring compliance training is conducted in relation to the HARIBO code of conduct, Anti-trust, Data Protection and Anti-corruption as well as developing e-learning as requiredConducting inhouse audits, Internal Control System role out and manging the Group Internal AuditMonitoring legal contact in conjunction with the Head of FinanceProviding quarterly reporting on all legal issuesForming the link between the Information Security Office and HARIBO UK and IrelandEnsuring policies and procedures are up to dateActing as the key contact for all GDPR matters and ensuring all process owners are trained and accountableConducting the annual due diligence assessment of suppliersBeing a member of the GDPR steering committeeCan you supply our essential ingredients Do you have impressive accountancy or internal audit qualifications within the sweet world of FMCG and are ready to take on your next challenge?
