The Client
Harmonic are partnered with a high-growth subscription technology business operating across the education and tech space to bring on board a Finance & Analytics Manager. The company has built a strong international customer base and is continuing to scale rapidly across both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.
The business has developed a highly collaborative, high-performance culture made up of exceptionally talented, ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a market-leading product. Finance is deeply embedded within the commercial and strategic decision-making process, giving the team real influence across the business rather than operating as a traditional back-office function.
The company places a strong emphasis on AI tooling, automation, and process optimisation, creating an environment where innovation and continuous improvement are actively encouraged. Combined with a fantastic central London office, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a culture built on trust and autonomy, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth.
The Role
As Finance & Analytics Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance, with a Management Accountant underneath you handling the day-to-day postings, payment runs and ledger BAU. That means your focus is on producing high quality month-end reporting and spending the rest of your time on projects: improving financial processes, supporting RevOps, and working with our Data team.
You won't be doing everything from scratch, you’ll have a strong team around you — but you will be expected to review, challenge, and improve what's already in place, whilst bringing your own analytical lens to the commercial side of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants breadth without losing their technical accounting roots. You’ll join the finance team at a pivotal stage of growth, with exposure to working with senior leadership across Finance, Commercial and Data functions.
