Salary £90000 to £100000.

This is a senior opportunity to join a newly created AI team within a global consultancy that is investing heavily in next generation AI capabilities. You will lead the design of enterprise AI solutions, partner directly with clients, and shape the roadmap for AI adoption in a high impact environment.

They are an international digital transformation consultancy with a long standing reputation for delivering complex technology solutions. Operating at scale, they partner with organisations globally to modernise systems, introduce automation and deploy AI. They are building a dedicated capability to deliver AI solutions for clients within the audit domain, creating multiple senior and mid level roles.

The Role

* Lead the design of AI and ML architectures across large scale client engagements.

* Translate client requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions.

* Guide engineers on best practice, technical direction and solution implementation.

* Work with model families including GPT, Llama, Claude and Mistral.

* Engage directly with stakeholders to define challenges, shape transformation programmes and set solution strategy.

* Act as a technical leader within a newly established team and contribute to long term capability development.

Your Skills and Experience

* Strong commercial experience designing AI, ML or NLP solutions.

* Expertise in Python and modern ML/NLP practices.

* Hands on experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude or Mistral.

* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.

* Experience guiding engineers or setting technical direction within AI solution delivery.
