This is an opportunity to own projects end-to-end, from concept through to deployment, while helping shape the future direction of AI-powered solutions.The Company They are a global professional services organisation investing heavily in AI innovation. Their focus is on delivering scalable, customer-facing AI products, with particular emphasis on GenAI, document processing and agentic AI applications. The environment is collaborative, hands-on and product-focused.The Role

• Build and deploy AI-powered product features into production.
• Develop GenAI and agentic AI applications.
• Create scalable solutions for document and text-processing challenges.
• Contribute to system design, deployment and engineering best practices.
• Work across the full product lifecycle, from proof of concept to release.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience delivering AI products into production.
• Excellent software engineering foundations, ideally with full stack exposure.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with GenAI, agentic frameworks and document-processing use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and measurable project impact.
• TypeScript, Kubernetes, Azure or Node.js experience is advantageous.
