The Role

• Work closely with engineers to build, test, and iterate on AI driven features and system improvements.
• Embed within the product and engineering team, contributing domain knowledge directly into live development work.
• Help shape the feature roadmap by feeding into planning and prioritisation discussions.
• Partner with go to market teams to understand user feedback and system performance in real use cases.
• Translate research workflows and objectives into clear, structured processes that can be automated and scaled.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience working within a research environment, with a clear understanding of research workflows and objectives.
• Active, hands on use of AI tools, with curiosity around how they can be applied to real problems.
• Demonstrated interest in building, whether through tools, automations, or close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to break down complex domain knowledge into structured workflows that others can work with.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take ownership and learn quickly.
