Account Director, Customer Success

£90,000-£100,000 base + strong commission structure (OTE ~25-30%) London - Hybrid (3 days in office, incl. Mondays)

A high-growth, insight-led technology business is looking for a Account Director, Customer Success to join their expanding commercial team.

Working at the intersection of customer intelligence and AI-driven analytics, the company partners with major enterprise brands to help unlock value from qualitative data - across customer experience, brand insight, and audience research.

This role sits at the heart of client strategy and commercial growth, focused on delivering long-term value while identifying new revenue opportunities through upsells, renewals, and strategic expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the commercial success of a portfolio of key enterprise accounts

  • Identify and develop upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities

  • Support client retention by aligning insights with strategic business goals

  • Partner with account teams to deliver on client objectives and usage growth

  • Lead QBRs and key stakeholder engagements, including economic buyers

  • Track and report usage, churn, NPS, and account health metrics internally

What You'll Bring
  • 6-12 years' experience in Customer Success, Strategic Accounts or Client Services

  • Background in SaaS, insights, CX, or agency-side roles preferred

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and nurture sales opportunities

  • Confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders and navigating complex orgs

  • Experience working across long-term enterprise contracts

  • Familiarity with methodologies like SPIN or MEDDICC is a bonus
