Analytics Consultant

Lead Analytics Consultant - Remote

We're looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant to drive hands on delivery, shape analytics strategy, and build a strong capability within the team.

You will lead complex analytics projects; scoping work, designing solutions, and guiding clients through change. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to turn data into actionable insight.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics projects
• Design scalable data architectures on cloud platforms
• Translate business needs into effective analytics solutions
• Mentor team members and help improve delivery practices
• Support pre-sales and contribute to service development

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in analytics with proven delivery leadership
• Strong skills in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP), SQL, and data modelling
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Familiarity or interest in AI and data science techniques (LLMs, predictive models, automation)
• Consulting skills: stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation
• Team leadership and coaching experience
