The Company

This role sits within a high-profile transformation programme focused on improving reporting, analytical capability and self-service decision-making across the organisation.

The Role

As the Insight & Analytics Consultant, you'll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, helping them better utilise data, reporting and insight to drive performance. This is a varied role combining technical analytics, stakeholder engagement, reporting transformation and process improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering actionable insight to support business decision-making
  • Developing and enhancing self-service reporting solutions
  • Building dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI
  • Using SQL to interrogate and analyse complex datasets
  • Acting as an internal consultant to stakeholders across the business
  • Helping teams improve their use and understanding of data
  • Supporting AI and automation initiatives
  • Translating complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations
  • Working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

This role offers a strong blend of technical delivery and business engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders as much as they enjoy working with data.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL capability
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
