Analytics Engineer London, hybrid working.

Salary up to £66,000 depending on experience.

The Role * Develop and maintain scalable ELT and ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks. * Build and optimise transformation logic in Databricks using Python, SQL and Spark. * Model datasets across Bronze, Silver and Gold layers to ensure clarity, consistency and usability. * Work closely with teams across the business to translate their needs into reliable, well-structured data models. * Ensure data quality through validation, testing and clear documentation. * Implement data governance practices and access controls using Unity Catalog. * Support system transformations, including data migrations and quality assurance. * Promote best practices in data engineering, analytics and development workflows.

Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience in analytics engineering or data engineering. * Skilled in Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL and Spark. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform or Graph API is beneficial. * Comfortable working with complex datasets and modern data architectures. * Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. * Passionate about solving business problems with data and contributing to continuous improvement.
