We're working with a leading global brand in the entertainment and live events space, currently looking to bring in an experienced Analytics Manager to support the next phase of growth across their UK operation.

This is a newly created role as the business scales both in the UK and internationally, and you'll play a key role in driving best practice, managing a high-performing team, and acting as the go-to lead for data-driven decision-making across marketing, CRM, and broader commercial teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading a small team of analysts and developers (x3 direct reports)

  • Acting as the UK data lead - providing leadership, guidance, and development to the team

  • Partnering with marketing, CRM and other commercial teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights

  • Championing stakeholder engagement and managing expectations across a range of departments

  • Collaborating with the global analytics leadership to align UK strategy with international goals

About You:
  • Strong commercial analytics background - ideally with experience working cross-functionally with marketing or CRM teams

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring analysts and overseeing workload prioritisation

  • A confident communicator and stakeholder manager

  • Comfortable in a hands-off role but technically fluent across tools like SQL, Python or R

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Relevant degree or academic background in a quantitative field

Salary & Benefits:
  • Up to £65,000 base

  • 10% bonus (paid annually)

  • Excellent benefits package including ticket discounts, brand perks, cycle-to-work scheme, pension, healthcare, and more

  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, flexibility available)

  • A collaborative and people-focused team with real impact across the UK business

First stage interviews will take place remotely with the hiring lead, followed by a final stage with the wider senior leadership team.
