Their products are central to supporting faster and more accurate decision-making, particularly when it comes to valuing properties and assessing risk without the need for manual inspections.

As the Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a team of 2-3 analysts, overseeing the delivery of high-quality analytical outputs, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure impactful results. Your work will directly influence the development of data-driven solutions for clients and will be key in shaping the strategic direction of the company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and mentor a small team of analysts, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality analytical outputs.

  • Present insightful analysis to financial institutions, clearly demonstrating the value of data products and solutions.

  • Collaborate with product, commercial, and presales teams to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions for clients.

  • Stay abreast of market trends and contribute to the strategic evolution of the company's product offerings.

  • Manage multiple workstreams to ensure the on-time and impactful delivery of analytics projects.

  • Support innovation by applying data insights across various sectors in banking and financial services.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics, ideally within financial services, mortgages, credit risk, or a related domain.

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, or a strong interest in stepping into a management role.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, balancing client needs, product development, and data analysis.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex analytical insights to senior stakeholders and clients.

  • Experience working with or within banks, mortgage lenders, or credit decisioning teams is highly desirable.

  • Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills with a blend of analytical rigor and business insight.

Nice to Have:

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change and think creatively.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients alike.

  • Confident in presenting data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Naturally curious with a desire to continuously improve processes and tackle challenges.

  • A keen interest in the property and mortgage markets.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills while working at the forefront of data analytics in the property sector. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for turning data into actionable insights, we'd love to hear from you.
