The Role
* Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Analytics Engineers.* Act as the primary analytics partner for senior stakeholders across Growth, Trading, Product, Finance and Compliance.* Translate business problems into clear analytical questions, metrics and decision-ready insight.* Review and challenge analytical work to ensure accuracy, clarity and scalability.* Drive best practice across SQL, data modelling, documentation and quality standards.* Prioritise work effectively based on value, impact and capacity.* Communicate findings, risks and trade-offs clearly to non-technical teams.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in analytics or analytics leadership.* High proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, review and challenge complex queries.* Comfortable managing and developing a small analytics team.* Experience working with stakeholders in product, growth or trading style environments.* Familiarity with regulated industries such as gaming, gambling, finance or fintech.* Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker or similar is beneficial.* A statistical foundation and comfort being tested on analytical thinking.* Experience in fast-paced start-ups or scale-ups, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
