The Role You will lead analytics delivery across a broad portfolio of business questions, partnering closely with commercial and insight teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering analysis that combines multiple data sources to create clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
  • Leading regular analytics outputs including reporting, test and learn frameworks, and competitor analysis
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, improving efficiency through automation and self-service tools
  • Supporting ad hoc deep dives into key business challenges and opportunities
  • Enhancing analytics methodologies and ensuring consistency across teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across digital, retail, finance, and data functions

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in analytics, covering both performance reporting and deep-dive insight
  • Proven ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations that influence decision-making
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development and optimisation
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis, automation, or statistical evaluation
  • Strong understanding of data models, KPI design, and data quality assurance
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as segmentation, cohort analysis, and test-and-learn approaches
