OverviewWe are supporting a rapidly scaling, product-led digital business seeking an Analytics Manager to lead analytics delivery and embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining technical execution, stakeholder partnership and people leadership. You'll shape how analytics operates, influence strategic decisions and grow a small team as the business scales.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Analytical Delivery

Write complex SQL to analyse large-scale behavioural, transactional and operational datasets

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using modern BI tools

Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour, product performance and commercial outcomes

Lead experimentation, hypothesis testing and performance measurement

Design scalable analytics models and data structures to support growth
Stakeholder Partnership

Act as the analytics partner to senior stakeholders across product, commercial, risk and finance teams

Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations

Present insights through written outputs and senior forums

Support regulatory, operational and commercial reporting requirements
People & Function Leadership

Manage and develop a small team of analysts/analytics engineers

Set priorities, review outputs and ensure analytical quality

Coach team members on technical skills and stakeholder engagement

Contribute to hiring and the long-term analytics roadmap

Advanced SQL capability (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, optimisation)

5+ years' experience in analytics or data roles

Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing analysts

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Background in digital, financial, regulated or high-volume data environments

Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous settings

Experience with experimentation or statistical analysis

Exposure to modern data modelling or transformation tools

Product or growth analytics background
