Product Manager (Internal Process Automation) - 6 month FTC London Hybrid

The Role
- Embed yourself within multiple business functions to understand day to day processes and identify automation opportunities
- Prioritise initiatives based on time saved, efficiency gains, and risk reduction
- Design scalable, end to end workflows that align with the wider data and technology ecosystem
- Build and deploy solutions using low code, no code, and AI driven tools
- Collaborate with engineers where solutions extend beyond low code capabilities
- Track and communicate the impact of automations on productivity and operational performance
- Act as an internal advocate for automation, sharing knowledge and inspiring adoption across teams
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering internal process automation within a business environment
- Hands on capability with modern automation platforms, including workflow and AI tooling
- A product mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and risk
- Confidence designing solutions that scale and knowing when human oversight is required
- Clear, empathetic communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions
- A delivery focused approach with a passion for solving operational problems
