Product Manager (Internal Process Automation) - 6 month FTC London Hybrid
Salary up to £70,000

The Role
  • Embed yourself within multiple business functions to understand day to day processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Prioritise initiatives based on time saved, efficiency gains, and risk reduction
  • Design scalable, end to end workflows that align with the wider data and technology ecosystem
  • Build and deploy solutions using low code, no code, and AI driven tools
  • Collaborate with engineers where solutions extend beyond low code capabilities
  • Track and communicate the impact of automations on productivity and operational performance
  • Act as an internal advocate for automation, sharing knowledge and inspiring adoption across teams
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience delivering internal process automation within a business environment
  • Hands on capability with modern automation platforms, including workflow and AI tooling
  • A product mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and risk
  • Confidence designing solutions that scale and knowing when human oversight is required
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions
  • A delivery focused approach with a passion for solving operational problems
